You can book a session by:

1. Browsing our teachers or courses
2. Clicking "BOOK" or "Add to Cart"
3. Selecting your preferred date and time
4. Proceeding to checkout and completing payment

You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking number.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment system. We also offer a "Pay Later" option where we'll send you an invoice.

Our refund policy:

• Full refund: Cancellations made 7+ days before the session
• 50% refund: Cancellations made 48-72 hours before the session
• No refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session

Once you've completed a booking, you can download the course syllabus using your booking number. Go to the Syllabus Download page and enter your booking number to access your materials.

Our courses are conducted live with expert teachers via video conferencing. This allows for real-time interaction, personalized attention, and immediate feedback. Recordings may be available upon request.

You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Contact us at tesfaymn402@gmail.com with your booking number and preferred new time.
