1. Terms of Service

By accessing and using Afro-Merica's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

2. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  • We collect information you provide during registration and booking
  • We use your information to provide and improve our services
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
  • You can request deletion of your account and data at any time

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days before the session date
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours before the session date
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Veteran discount (30%) is applied automatically with code VETERAN30

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all students, we have established the following booking guidelines:

  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your booking number
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session
  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee
  • We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, syllabi, and content provided are the intellectual property of Afro-Merica.

  • Materials are for personal use only
  • Sharing, distributing, or selling course materials is prohibited
  • You may download syllabi only after completing a booking
  • All content remains the property of Afro-Merica

6. Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a respectful and productive learning environment. All users must:

  • Treat teachers and fellow students with respect
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or bullying
  • Not disrupt sessions or use inappropriate language
  • Follow the instructions of instructors during sessions
  • Violations may result in account suspension or termination

7. Limitation of Liability

Afro-Merica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes
  • Technical issues may occur; we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them
  • We are not responsible for third-party links or content
